Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, and selected international destinations. More countries are being added as we grow! ✨

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. You'll always see the full cost before completing your purchase.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, processing might take a little longer, but we will always keep you in the loop.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. There may be delays that happen due to postal network demand, weather events, or other factors that are outside of our control once the order has been handed to the courier.

Help! I haven't received my order yet.

If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for a long time, or it's marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, you are welcome to contact us, and we will help you lodge a missing parcels enquiry with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

We are unable to change or redirect parcels after they have been shipped.

Important Return Information

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you've changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Please note that items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue either a refund or store credit - whichever you prefer.

Please note: once a yarn ball has been opened or used, it cannot be returned.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM RETURNS

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered - we’ve got you!

Fill out the form below within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at no cost to you.

This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Some Helpful Bits

Dye Lot Variations

Colour variation between dye lots is a normal manufacturing characteristic and not considered a fault. If you need multiple balls for the same project, we recommend purchasing them in one order. If you do, we will make sure each ball is from the same dye lot.
