You agree to use this website lawfully and not engage in any activity that may harm the website or interfere with others using it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our systems.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order is dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are hand-packed and prepared for shipping with care. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible after payment has cleared. If, for any reason, we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, items may be offered on a pre-order basis. Payment is taken at checkout when the order is placed. Estimated shipping windows will be provided, but are not guaranteed. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified by email. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.

Digital Products

We may offer digital products, such as crochet patterns, in the future. By law, once a digital file has been accessed or downlaoded, it cannot be returned or refunded, unless it is faulty or the file is not as described.

Product Colours & Display

Colours of yarn may appear differently depending on lighting and device screens. We do our best to represent products accurately, but slight variations are normal. Dye lots may differ between batches; this is a manufacturing characteristic, not a fault.
